Our 4th grade students have partnered with our 7th grade students for Science Learning. Recently, we visited the middle school to participate in a Biome Learning experiences that the 7th grade students designed. Different groups represented various biomes (grasslands, desert, rainforest, tundra, etc.) and invited our students to learn with games and activities they created.
The Biome Learning was a great way for our students to connect with older students. The middle school students have the opportunity to be role models for our elementary students. It’s exciting for our 4th grade students to begin to imagine what middle school and high school might be like someday. Thanks for inviting us to join awesome learning!
