On Friday, April 8th, our students had the opportunity to listen to the Greeley Philharmonics Orchestra perform at the Union Colony Civic Center. Â The special performance was sponsored by generous donations from organizations in our community, including Thrivent Financial who made this a possibility for hundreds of 4th and 5th grade students in our area. Â Our students were a fantastic, respectful audience and enjoyed listening to the professional performance. Â What a great way to spend a Friday afternoon!
The collection of songs was to inspire and inform our students about the importance of water conservation. Â Today students brought home a free comic book on Water Conservation. Â Hopefully each student will continue to love music and save water.
