one-happy-family-dress-rehearsalOur students started their school day performing the play “One Happy Family” for an audience of 2nd grade students.  We had a very polite audience and look forward to performing for the 2nd grade students every other week.

The 4th grade students acted in the play and shared eight specific family vocabulary words (reunion, tradition, etc.) with our young audience.

Later during the afternoon students traveled to the Union Colony Civic Center to enjoy a musical performance Rock the Presidents.

The cast of the production traveled from Arizona to perform for our students.  We are SO excited that both the 3rd and 4th grade students of University Schools were able to enjoy this live theater opportunity.  What a great way to learn about the presidents through U.S.History as we prepare for our nations upcoming presidential election in November.
