Our day at Miller Farms was incredible. Â Students were able to harvest many different types of vegetables.
Some of the vegetables include:
- green beans
- cabbage
- kale
- peppers and more!
Whether students were searching for the perfect pumpkin, harvesting corn husks, or even digging onions from the ground, we discovered so many new things today.
I am sure that your child brought home a large bag of vegetables. Â Hopefully your family can try a new recipe or even make salsa or vegetable soup.
As always, thank you to our volunteers who joined us, we couldn’t go on field trips without the help of our volunteers.
