A few of our students were selected to share “Book Talks” on stage, at the elementary assembly this Friday. A Book Talk is similar to a movie trailer for a book. The goal is to share basic plot and character information without giving away the exciting parts of the story.
Our young readers have become experts in how to expertly craft a Book Talk and build excitement and interest for a reader. These students are excited to share their passion for reading with our entire audience. We hope to inspire students, teachers, and parents to pick up a book over the weekend. Happy reading!
